做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
