做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
