做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
