做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
