做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
