做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
