做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
