做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
