做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
