做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
