做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
