做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
