做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
