做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
