做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
