做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
