做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
