做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
