做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
