做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
