做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
