做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
