做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
