做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
