做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
