做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
