做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
