做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
